with over 20 years of experience leading schools and empowering educators across Europe and the Gulf.
She is currently a Doctorate in Education (D.Ed.) candidate, researching the impact of humanized AI
tutoring systems on differentiated learners in blended classrooms.
Natalia also holds a Master of Education, MBA, and multiple certifications in counseling psychology,
speech therapy, special education, and applied behaviour analysis.
Author of The Language of Teaching and The Teacher’s Workbook, her work helps teachers
